[Lithuania's Current Account Surplus Widens Year-on-Year in October] ⑴ Lithuania's current account surplus widened to €527.71 million in October 2025, compared to €205.1 million in the same period last year, marking the largest surplus since September 2024. ⑵ The services account surplus increased to €956.65 million from €913.83 million in the same period last year. ⑶ In addition, the primary income account turned from a deficit of €195.38 million in the same period last year to a surplus of €6.06 million. ⑷ The secondary income account also turned from a deficit of €26.6 million in the same period last year to a surplus of €74.92 million. ⑸ The improvement in the above items completely offset the widening of the goods account deficit, which increased to €509.92 million from €486.75 million in the same period last year.
