[Greece's Construction Output Grew by 3.3% in Q3] ⑴ Greece's construction output grew by 3.3% year-on-year in the third quarter of 2025, with the previous quarter's growth revised down to 5.6%. ⑵ This marks the second consecutive quarter of growth in construction activity, primarily supported by faster growth in residential and non-residential construction output. ⑶ Residential and non-residential construction output increased by 9.8% year-on-year, higher than the 9.2% in the second quarter; meanwhile, specialized construction activity output increased by 6.6% year-on-year, reversing the 3.5% year-on-year decline in the second quarter. ⑷ On the other hand, civil engineering construction output declined by 6% year-on-year, reversing the 13% growth trend of the previous quarter. ⑸ On a quarter-on-quarter basis, construction activity declined by 2.3% in the third quarter, with the previous quarter's quarter-on-quarter growth revised down to 41.9%.
