According to Sputnik News Agency, Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi signed a declaration on guiding principles against unilateral coercive measures following their talks in Minsk. The two foreign ministers signed the "Declaration on Guiding Principles Against Unilateral Coercive Measures and on Ways to Mitigate and Eliminate Their Negative Consequences." In addition, they also signed the "Declaration on Strengthening the Role of International Law in International Relations" and the "Cooperation Program between the Foreign Ministries of Belarus and Iran for 2026-2030."
