[Hainan Free Trade Port's Power Transmission Capacity Increases More Than Fourfold] According to the China Southern Power Grid Company, the Hainan 500 kV main grid project has been fully put into operation, increasing power transmission capacity more than fourfold and making power supply more secure and reliable. It is understood that the project includes the construction of three new 500 kV substations and new transmission lines passing through 14 cities and counties including Haikou, Sanya, Danzhou, and Qionghai, forming a complete ultra-high voltage ring network.
