The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) expects the Reserve Bank of Australia to raise interest rates once next year, to 3.85%. However, CBA economist Belinda Allen points out that if economic growth is stronger and inflation is more persistent, there is a risk of initiating a larger rate hike cycle.
