[CAICT's AI Product Security Vulnerability Database Officially Launched] According to the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT), on December 12, 2025, under the guidance of the Cybersecurity Administration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, CAICT's AI product security vulnerability database officially went online. Covering general network products, industrial control products, government-related products, mobile internet apps, and vehicle-to-everything (V2X) products, the database forms a vulnerability management system of "one general database + five specialized databases." Next, CAICT will leverage CAIVD to collect and verify security vulnerabilities in AI products, urge AI product providers to promptly patch vulnerabilities in their products, support the standardized management of AI product security vulnerabilities, and jointly build a safe and orderly industrial ecosystem.
