[Digital Consumption Accounts for Nearly Half of Total Household Consumption Expenditure in my country] On December 15th, the Policy and International Cooperation Institute of the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) released the "Digital Consumption Development Report (2025)". The report presents the current development trend of digital consumption in my country from five dimensions. First, the scale is considerable, stimulating consumption momentum. In the first half of 2025, the scale of digital consumption based on goods, services, and content reached 9.37 trillion yuan, accounting for 46.5% of total household consumption expenditure. Among them, digital consumption of physical goods accounted for 66.3% of total digital consumption, while digital services (such as online education and online healthcare) and digital content (such as digital music and online video) accounted for 29.2% and 4.5%, respectively.
