[Israel's Q3 GDP Growth Hits Six-Quarter High] ⑴ Israel's economy grew at an annualized rate of 11% in the third quarter of 2025, lower than the initial estimate of 12.4%, but a significant rebound from the upward-revised 4.8% contraction in the second quarter caused by conflict and tensions. ⑵ The latest data marks the fastest GDP growth since the first quarter of 2024, mainly driven by a surge in private consumption (21.6%) and fixed investment (34%). ⑶ In addition, government spending grew by 4.4%, net trade contributed positively, and exports (16.9%) grew faster than imports (13.7%).
