[Bank of America Survey Shows AI Bubble is the Biggest "Tail Risk"] A Bank of America global fund manager survey shows that investor concerns about an artificial intelligence bubble have eased slightly, but remain at a high level. The vast majority of investors surveyed still consider an AI bubble the biggest "tail risk" (i.e., a low-probability event that, if it occurs, will cause huge losses), with 38% of respondents holding this view, down from 45% in the November survey. Another 19% of investors believe that disorderly increases in bond yields are the biggest tail risk. This month, private lending was listed as a new risk factor, with 14% of surveyed fund managers believing it to be the biggest "tail risk" for the coming year.
