According to a report, as Mexico’s largest refinery gradually releases its capacity, the country’s refining system has recently reached its highest operating level in 11 years. Last week, Pemex’s refining system processed 1.35 million barrels of crude oil per day. The last time it processed more than 1.3 million barrels per day was in April 2014.
