[CICC Plans Share Swap Merger with Dongxing and Cinda Securities; A-Shares to Resume Trading Tomorrow] On December 18, CICC (601995.SH) announced that it is planning a share swap merger with Dongxing Securities and Cinda Securities. The swap price for CICC A-shares is RMB 36.91 per share, and each A-share held by shareholders of Dongxing Securities and Cinda Securities will be exchanged for 0.5188 CICC A-shares. Trading of the company's A-shares has been suspended since November 20, 2025, and will resume on December 18. This plan is subject to approval by the company's board of directors, shareholders' meeting, and relevant regulatory authorities before implementation.
