The report anticipates that the new supply of German bonds next year will be effectively absorbed at current prices. Senior portfolio manager Kasper Hens stated, "Given that German bonds are expected to underperform US Treasuries in 2025, we believe they offer relative value." The German Federal Ministry of Finance plans to announce its 2026 borrowing plan on Thursday.
