Much of the new package will only have financial significance after 2030, thus limiting its impact on short-term earnings. The most uncertain part of the plan is the incentives for EU-made small electric vehicles, which could benefit Stellantis and Renault, the two most active companies in the small, economical pure electric vehicle segment, followed by Volkswagen.
