[Kazakhstan's Industrial Output Hits Three-Month High in November] ⑴ Kazakhstan's industrial output grew 8.2% year-on-year in November 2025, the fastest pace in three months, accelerating from the 7.1% increase in the previous month. ⑵ The growth was mainly driven by a significant improvement in manufacturing output (6.4%, compared to 2.2% in October), while expansion in the electricity, gas, steam, hot water, and air conditioning supply sector remained stable (3.2%). ⑶ In contrast, growth in the mining and quarrying sector slowed (10.8%, compared to 12.5%), while the water supply, waste management, and pollution control sector contracted more sharply (-6.9%, compared to -3.8%). ⑷ On a monthly adjusted basis, industrial output rebounded to 7.3% in November after declining 0.6% in October. ⑸ In the first 11 months of this year, industrial output increased by 7.4% compared to the same period last year.
