[Three International Ships Registered at Yangpu Port, China, on the First Day of Hainan Free Trade Port's Customs Closure] On the morning of December 18, at the Hainan International Ship Registration Administration's administrative hall, the owner's representative of the "Defu 1200" vessel received the ship ownership certificate from Cai Yinghong, Director of the Hainan International Ship Registration Administration. This marks the "Defu 1200" as the first international vessel to register at Yangpu Port, China, after the island-wide customs closure of the Hainan Free Trade Port. On December 18, the Hainan Free Trade Port officially began its island-wide customs closure. Also registering on the same day as the "Defu 1200" were two other large international vessels: the "Huashun You 698" and the "Hongjinshuo." (Xinhua)
