[ECB President: Economy Shows Resilience as Consumption and Investment Both Rebound] European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde pointed out that the economy is currently operating smoothly, achieving 0.3% growth in the third quarter, mainly due to the simultaneous strengthening of consumption and investment.
