EIA Natural Gas Report: For the week ending December 12, total U.S. natural gas inventories were 3,579 billion cubic feet, down 167 billion cubic feet from the previous week and down 61 billion cubic feet from the same period last year, a year-on-year decrease of 1.7%, while 32 billion cubic feet higher than the 5-year average, an increase of 0.9%.
