Goldman Sachs stated that given the market's expectation of a return to supply shortages in the crude oil market in the second half of 2027, and the shift in focus to incentivizing long-term crude oil production capacity construction, international oil prices will rebound in the fourth quarter of 2026. It predicts that by the end of 2028, Brent crude and West Texas Intermediate crude prices will gradually recover to $80/$76 per barrel.
