[Russia's Ust-Luga Port Resumes Crude Oil Transport] (1) Crude oil transport has resumed at Russia's main Baltic port of Ust-Luga after being disrupted for several days due to Ukrainian drone attacks. (2) According to media reports, ship information shows that the Aframax tanker "Gem" began loading operations on Saturday. (3) In late March of this year, oil transport at this important crude oil export hub was temporarily suspended due to Ukraine's intensified attacks on energy infrastructure along the Baltic coast; Russian oil pipeline operator Transneft did not immediately respond to requests for comment outside of working hours.
