According to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Madison Air Solutions plans to issue 82.7 million shares at a price of $25 to $27 per share, raising up to $2.23 billion. At the upper end of the price range, the company's valuation would be approximately $13.2 billion. This move is expected to make it the largest industrial initial public offering (IPO) in the U.S. since UPS went public in 1999.
