Israel has drawn up a new list of targets for strikes against Iranian energy and infrastructure, which will be used should diplomatic negotiations break down, but will require U.S. approval before any action can be taken. Israeli officials have doubts about the effectiveness of any such agreement, strongly arguing that any ceasefire should require Iran to completely halt its uranium enrichment activities and abandon its existing stockpile of enriched uranium.
