(2) Data from ANZ and Indeed showed that the number of job advertisements fell 3.1% month-on-month in March (compared to a 3.2% increase in the previous month) and 0.6% year-on-year. (3) The decline in job advertisements was mainly concentrated in the education, nursing and retail sectors, offsetting the growth in project management and engineering positions. The logistics and transportation sector, which has been heavily affected by the Middle East conflict, saw its number of job advertisements remain largely unchanged in March.
