Specifically, CNPC Group acquired 201,000,074 A-shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system via centralized bidding, representing 0.11% of the company's total share capital, for a total investment of RMB 2.001 billion; CNPC Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, Fairy King Investments Ltd., acquired 107,954,000 H-shares through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange system, representing 0.06% of the company's total share capital, for a total investment equivalent to RMB 801 million.
