[Bezos' AI Company Poachs xAI Co-founder Kyle Kosic] ⑴ According to reports, a company under Jeff Bezos has poached Kyle Kosic, a co-founder of xAI, from OpenAI. Kosic has joined Project Prometheus, Bezos' new artificial intelligence company. ⑵ Kosic is one of the co-founders of xAI, alongside Elon Musk. Before returning to his former employer, OpenAI, in 2024, he led the infrastructure team behind xAI's Colossus supercomputer. ⑶ Kosic will continue working on AI infrastructure projects at Project Prometheus.
