[Tesla Registrations in Germany Quadruple, Electric Vehicle Market Surges] ⑴ Data released Tuesday by the German road transport agency KBA showed that Tesla vehicle registrations in Germany surged 315.1% year-on-year in March, reaching 9,252 units. ⑵ In the first quarter of this year, Tesla registrations in Germany increased by 160%, reaching 12,829 units. ⑶ Overall, new registrations of battery electric vehicles in Germany increased by 66.2% in March, reaching 70,663 units, indicating that the demand for electric vehicles in the German market is rapidly increasing.
