A Bank of America global fund manager survey in April showed that fewer investors expect the 3-month and 10-year yield curve to steepen as markets no longer price in rate cuts. Bank of America strategists stated, "Expectations for a steeper yield curve have fallen to their lowest level since November 2022." These strategists indicated that a net 29% of fund managers expect the yield curve to steepen, down from 80% two months ago.
