[Invesco Nasdaq Technology ETF: Premium Risk Warning and Temporary Trading Suspension on April 22, 2026] Invesco Nasdaq Technology ETF announced that its secondary market trading price is significantly higher than its net asset value per share, resulting in a substantial premium. To protect investors' interests, trading in the fund will be suspended from the market opening on April 22, 2026, until 10:30 AM on the same day, resuming at 10:30 AM. Subscription and redemption services will continue as usual during the suspension period. If the premium does not effectively decrease on that day, the fund reserves the right to take further measures to warn of the risk. Investors are also reminded to pay attention to investment risks.
