Jiangxi Copper: Plans to Spin Off Jiangxi Copper Foil for Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing. Jiangxi Copper announced that, in order to further optimize its industrial layout, broaden its financing channels, enhance the core competitiveness of its subsidiary Jiangxi Copper Foil, and continuously strengthen its copper foil business, the company plans to spin off Jiangxi Copper Foil for a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This spin-off will not result in the company losing control of Jiangxi Copper Foil; Jiangxi Copper Foil will remain a subsidiary within the company's consolidated financial statements and will not have a substantial impact on the operation and development of the company's other business segments.
