Bank of America downplays market concerns, denying that hyperscalers will "flood" the credit market. Bank of America strategists are not worried that hyperscalers will have an excessively large share of debt in the market, making them unaffordable for investors. Bank of America points out that the risk premiums of the four high-credit-rating hyperscalers continue to widen, making their relative value quite attractive. The total debt of hyperscalers currently included in the ICE Bank of America U.S. Corporate Bond Index is estimated at $450 billion, a figure far lower than other highly concentrated large industry sectors.
