Chicago wheat futures fell more than 1.7% in late New York trading on Tuesday, May 26. The Bloomberg Grain Index fell 1.15% to 31.7796 points, trending downwards throughout the day and forming an M-shaped pattern. CBOT corn futures closed down 1.13%, and CBOT wheat futures fell 1.74%. CBOT soybean futures retreated 0.92% to $11.8550 per bushel, soybean meal futures fell 1.02%, while soybean oil futures bucked the trend, rising 0.42%.
