[Russian and Iranian Diplomats Face Obstacles to UN Attendance] Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzia, said on the 26th that Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Alimov was scheduled to attend the UN Security Council meeting in New York, but the US refused to issue him a visa.
