[Inaugural Qinghai-Vietnam Container Freight Train Service Launched] On the morning of May 27, with a long whistle, a "Central Asia Railway Train (Xining-Ho Chi Minh City)" loaded with nearly 1,000 tons of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) slowly departed from the Shuangzhai Logistics Center in Xining on the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. It will exit China via the Pingxiang Port in Guangxi, covering a total distance of approximately 3,200 kilometers by rail, with its final destination being Zhanbang Station in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is the first container freight train service launched by Qinghai Province to Ho Chi Minh City, building upon its existing regular international freight train services to Vietnam. This signifies a more stable and mature logistics channel between Qinghai and Southeast Asia. (Xinhua)
