[British Media Reports 9 Countries Withdraw from Ammunition Procurement Alliance to Ukraine] According to a report by the Financial Times on the 26th, since December last year, nine countries have withdrawn from the Czech-initiated initiative to procure ammunition for Ukraine, reducing the number of participating countries by half compared to its peak. Czech President and former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee, Peter Pavel, hopes to discuss the continuation of the procurement mechanism at the NATO summit in July. Since 2024, participating countries in the so-called "Czech Initiative" have supplied Ukraine with more than 4 million large-caliber artillery shells, accounting for approximately 50% of the total large-caliber ammunition supplied to Ukraine.
