The guiding opinions emphasize the coordinated strengthening of the entire industrial chain innovation system, encompassing the "resource chain + technology chain + industrial chain + application chain," and promoting the deep integration of technological and industrial innovation. The goal is to achieve the launch of multiple innovative marine drugs by 2030, with the industry's added value exceeding 130 billion yuan. Marine drugs have a wide range of sources, novel structures, unique activities, and strong differentiation.
