[Domestic fuel surcharge to be reduced to 150 yuan for routes over 800 kilometers starting June 5th] ⑴ On May 29th, several airlines announced that starting June 5th, 2026 (ticket issuance date), adult passengers will be charged a fuel surcharge of 150 yuan per passenger for routes over 800 kilometers and 80 yuan per passenger for routes of 800 kilometers (inclusive) or less. ⑵ This is a reduction of 20 or 10 yuan compared to the previous rate. The lower fuel surcharge will reduce travel costs.
