[UN: Key Aid Route in Southern Lebanon Blocked by Conflict] UN Secretary-General António Guterres' spokesperson, Stéphane Dujarric, stated on the 29th that the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) has observed continued intensive air and ground operations by the Israeli Defense Forces within UNIFIL's area of operation, including north of the Litani River. Dujarric stated that the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reports that humanitarian access and emergency response capabilities in parts of Lebanon are currently severely limited. In Nabatiyeh in southern Lebanon, the attack reportedly affected a key road, a crucial route for medical evacuations, aid workers, and access to basic supplies and services. (CCTV)
