[Iran Strongly Condemns US "Aggressive" Attacks] Iran's Foreign Ministry issued a statement early on the 13th, strongly condemning the "aggressive" attacks launched by the United States against Iran in the past 24 hours. The statement said these barbaric attacks violated relevant provisions of the UN Charter, seriously threatened international peace and security, and rendered all efforts made in the past few months to ease regional tensions and build peace futile. The statement said that only 25 days after Iran and the US signed a memorandum of understanding, the US blatantly violated almost all of its contents. The US attacked Iranian transportation infrastructure, ships, and meteorological facilities, committing war crimes.
