[Market Services Agency: Only 6 Ships Passed Through the Strait of Hormuz on July 12] Data released by the international market services agency Kepler on July 13 showed that only six ships passed through the Strait of Hormuz on July 12, the lowest level in five weeks. The data showed that a supertanker carrying 2 million barrels of Iranian crude oil and a tanker carrying approximately 500,000 barrels of Kuwaiti petroleum products left the Strait of Hormuz. Three other empty tankers entered the Persian Gulf to load oil. Most tankers turned off their positioning transmitters while passing through the strait. (CCTV)
