[ICBC: RMB 60 Billion Tier 2 Capital Bonds (Fourth Tranche) Issued Completed] ICBC announced that, with regulatory approval, its 2026 Tier 2 Capital Bonds (Fourth Tranche) (Bond Connect) have recently been issued successfully in the national interbank bond market. This tranche has a size of RMB 60 billion, is a 10-year fixed-rate bond, with a conditional issuer redemption option at the end of the 5th year, and a coupon rate of 1.88%. The proceeds, after deducting issuance expenses, will replenish the bank's Tier 2 capital.
