[Shanghai Stock Exchange: Expanding Allocation and Activating Relevant Code Segments] To meet market development needs, the Shanghai Stock Exchange has decided to allocate code segments 581000-581599 for cross-market stock (Shanghai-Shenzhen-Beijing) ETFs, 581600-581799 for cross-market stock (Shanghai-Hong Kong-Shenzhen-Beijing) ETFs, 581800-581999 for single-market stock (Shanghai) ETFs, 587000-587499 for cross-market stock (including STAR Market) ETFs, and 587500-587999 for single-market stock (STAR Market) ETFs; and to allocate code segments 284000-286999 for privately placed corporate bonds and 273000-275999 for asset-backed securities. Simultaneously, the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Securities Trading Business Guide No. 4 – Securities Code Segment Allocation Guide" will be revised (2nd revision in 2026). The revised business guidelines are hereby issued and shall take effect from the date of issuance.
