This chip, built on a 14-nanometer process, achieves a computing power of 520 trillion floating-point operations per second. Its most significant feature is its innovative underlying architecture, forging a high-end computing power development path independent of advanced manufacturing processes. It is understood that the chip utilizes software-defined computing and 3D vertical stacking technology, tightly integrating computing and storage units, achieving a memory access bandwidth of 6.4TB per second. This architecturally alleviates the "memory wall" bottleneck that has long plagued chip design. Because it no longer relies solely on process miniaturization to improve performance, the supply chain for this technology route is more stable and controllable.
