[National Healthcare Security Administration: 601 Drugs Pass Formal Review for 2026 National Reimbursement Drug List Adjustment] The National Healthcare Security Administration today announced the list of drugs that passed the formal review for the 2026 National Basic Medical Insurance, Maternity Insurance, and Work Injury Insurance Drug List, as well as the Commercial Health Insurance Innovative Drug List adjustment. During the 2026 list adjustment application phase, the National Healthcare Security Administration received 800 applications for the basic medical insurance drug list, involving 664 generic drug names. Ultimately, 601 passed the formal review, including 368 drugs not currently on the list and 233 drugs already on the list, resulting in an overall pass rate of 91%. For the commercial health insurance innovative drug list, 62 applications were received, involving 62 generic drug names. Ultimately, 58 passed the formal review, including 57 drugs not currently on the list and 1 drug already on the list, resulting in an overall pass rate of 94%. The formal review is the initial stage of the medical insurance drug list adjustment process. Passing the formal review only means that the drug meets the relevant application conditions and is eligible to participate in expert review; it does not mean that it has been included in the list.
