According to the National Bureau of Statistics, in June 2026, among the 70 large and medium-sized cities, the sales prices of commercial residential buildings in first-tier cities rose month-on-month, while those in second- and third-tier cities either fell or remained flat. The year-on-year decline in sales prices across all three tiers continued to narrow. The number of cities experiencing month-on-month increases in new commercial residential building sales prices continued to rise compared to the previous month.
