[Botswana's June Inflation Remains Stable at 10.7%, Nearly a Three-and-a-Half-Year High] ⑴ Botswana's annual inflation rate remained stable at 10.7% in June, unchanged from the previous month, and still the highest level since December 2022. ⑵ The categories contributing the most to overall inflation were transportation (28.4%, previous 28.6%), miscellaneous goods and services (11.5%, previous 11.1%), and food and non-alcoholic beverages (5.7%, unchanged from the previous month). ⑶ On a month-on-month basis, the CPI rose 0.2% in June, compared to 0.3% in the previous month.
