JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon warned that the risks posed by Anthropic PBC's Mythos AI model are a "real problem," and the US government is already paying close attention to it. In recent months, the rapid iteration of AI model technology has prompted both industry insiders and governments worldwide to intensify their assessments of potential risks. Anthropic previously stated publicly that its Mythos model is exceptionally capable of finding software vulnerabilities, even to the point of being restricted to public use, further emphasizing the urgency of AI risk assessment. Dimon warned at the Pennsylvania Defense and Innovation Summit hosted by Senator Dave McCormick on Wednesday that making such advanced AI systems available to a wide range of ordinary people poses significant risks.
