According to the Korea Economic Daily, citing investment banking sources, South Korea's foreign exchange regulator is discussing using the Foreign Exchange Stabilization Fund to buy US dollars raised by SK Hynix through its ADR issuance, in order to curb potential large fluctuations in the US dollar-Korean won exchange rate.
