(2) To cope with this trend, the company is considering building its eighth production plant, located near the seventh factory under construction in Incheon. Once completed, it will become the company's largest plant. This move aims to meet the rapidly growing demand for hot press bonding machines and hybrid bonding machines brought about by the expansion of global chip manufacturers. (3) At the same time, the company plans to establish Hanmi's US subsidiary in San Jose, California, by the end of 2026 to strengthen its technical support services.
