The biggest technological breakthrough of this model is its ability to connect meteorological, hydrological, and wind and solar resource forecasting with actual power operation decision-making, becoming the "smart brain" of a large-scale clean energy base with a capacity of tens of millions of kilowatts. The system's most prominent advantage is its extremely strong data integration capability, aggregating massive amounts of basic data from satellite remote sensing, ground meteorological monitoring stations, basin hydrological stations, and new energy power plant sensors. This has built an integrated intelligent forecasting system covering the entire basin, all resource elements, multiple time scales, and the entire business chain of power generation, dispatching, operation and maintenance, and trading.
