[China's Intelligent Meteorological Early Warning Solution "Mazu" Djibouti 2.0 Delivered] On July 17, the Meteorological Special Session of the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference was held in Shanghai. China's Intelligent Meteorological Early Warning Solution "Mazu" Djibouti 2.0 was officially delivered to Djibouti. In July 2025, the China Meteorological Administration donated an intelligent early warning system for multiple urban disasters to Djibouti, and the system was put into operation in Djibouti in December of the same year. If "Mazu" Djibouti 1.0 was a smart "meteorological brain," then 2.0 adds "eyes" for observation and "hands" for autonomous early warning. Its intelligent monitoring and early warning terminal, equipped with encapsulated meteorological chips and forecasting models, works in conjunction with the intelligent agents already deployed in Djibouti to form a complete "measurement-reporting-alarm" integrated solution. This achieves full-chain coverage from "sky-air-ground-model-chip-terminal," with forecast spatial resolution refined from 9 kilometers to 3 kilometers, forecast lead time of 3 days, and an update frequency of 6 hours. The intelligent agent's "one-click alarm" and real-time interactive functions are also online, helping to accurately predict extreme weather, giving port operations greater confidence, and ensuring public safety.
