An Iranian government spokesperson stated: "We hope there will be no need to reduce the first or second tier fuel quotas. Previously, only two adjustments were made to the second tier quota: the first was during the war when fuel storage facilities were attacked, reducing the quota from 100 liters to 70 liters; the second was after another wave of attacks following the war, reducing the quota from 70 liters to 50 liters. We hope there will be no further adjustments to these quotas."
